Running along side his career as a Partner in the renowned firm of chartered surveyors, Cluttons, Stephen also served as a City of London Magistrate and also became a Freeman of the City of London.

With over thirty-five years of experience in both the London and International Property Markets, Property TV welcomed Stephen into the Company as Co – Director and host of some of their flagship programs in 2018.

Since then, his expertise has helped develop Property TV's programs into industry leading information media, with ever growing national viewership on our Sky Bloomberg ch.502 and YouTube platforms.

Stephen has hosted over 250 National television programs, attracting millions of viewers and making his immense experience unrivalled.

Spanning almost twenty five years, Stephen has had to demonstrate a structured and innovative approach to business strategies as the time span has encountered two seriously adverse recessions in the real estate market.

Experience both internationally and at home has provided us with an invaluable knowledge of how to achieve positive results in the face of the most adverse conditions.

A dramatic re construction of the industry will be a consequence of the past recessions in terms of property values and sales rates.
